Healthy Trail Mix Oats
Ben and I have been in a major cleaning mode as of recently, and while cleaning out the cupboards many long forgotten ingredients have resurfaced. This included things such as cashews, dried cherries and cranberries, pecans, almonds, and pistachios. We decided to combine them all in one of our brand spanking new canisters that Ben got for Christmas. Voila! Healthy nutty trail mix is born.
Turns out it is awesome when added to your morning oats!! :) (Which have also been a recent thing around here)
Ben likes his oats with brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and almond milk, but I’m sure they would go with whatever your normal oatmeal contains.
