Yucca… I hate you.
Well… I guess I don’t HATE you hate you, but I definitely don’t like you, at least preparation wise.
When you finally decided to cook and not have nasty stuff on you then I liked you. :)
This is what happened… I was scared that you were rotten because lets be honest, you always look pretty rotten. After I peeled you and chopped you I decided to microwave you like a potato, this didn’t work. Then I boiled you, this sort of worked and then I chopped you up took out that stupid thing in the middle and then sauteed you. With spices.
1 T minced garlic
1 T olive oil
1/4 C water
2 T Italian Herbs
Finallyyyyyyyy. Ugh.
